His Highness Sheikh Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah has issued an Amiri Decree No. 4/95 dated 27th May 1995, proclaiming Ras Al Khaimah Cement Company (Public Share Holding Company).

The Ras Al Khaimah Cement Company is proud of its commitment to create a world class manufacturing plant for the economy and the people of the United Arab Emirates.

Ras Al Khaimah Cement Company was established in 1995 as part of the continuing economic and social development policy being implemented by the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

The plant takes advantage of the prime quality raw materials available in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and has been designed and built using the latest technology. This ensures our customers are supplied cement of the highest and most consistent quality.
